Cancellation Policy

At Concierge Blue, we strive to develop the best vacation experience possible and we hope you are able to enjoy your requested excursion and/or service that you have arranged. However, we do understand plans may change and a need to cancel an activity or service may be required. We please ask you to consult your Concierge Blue Voucher for the specific cancellation policy and terms of your arranged service/activity.

In general, the following refund and cancellation policy may apply to your arranged service or activity.

  • Cancellation greater than seven (7) days away from date of event/service/activity: If cancellation is received at least 7 days prior to excursion or service all paid amounts will be refunded in full.
  • Cancellation between three (3) and six (6) days from date of event/service/activity: If cancellation is between 3 and 6 days prior to excursion or service, all deposit payments and service charges will be forfeited (typically about 20% of the excursion or service cost). Please refer to voucher for exact amounts.
  • Cancellation is less than two (2) days away from date of event/service/activity: If cancellation is received within 2 days of the excursion or service the deposit payment will be lost and the credit card on file will be charged for the full cost of excursion and/or service cost. Certain exceptions may apply.
  • Cancellation by excursion or service provider: If for any reason the service or excursion provider needs to cancel or change the service/excursion, all paid amounts will be refunded in full including deposit. This includes but not limited to if provider change dates, inclusions, age requirements and or cancels excursion or service.
